Wednesday Today the C.family came for a visit and the girls stayed on for a playdate. Before they arrived, Jess, Nomi and Daniel were all busy creating with FIMO and wanted to be able to do that with their friends but realised we were going to be running low on FIMO. So Jess planned another craft activity just to have it on hand should that be what everyone wanted to do.
Sure enough once morning tea was over they all got busy the two girls and Jess, Nomi and Daniel. They cut felt heart shapes, stitched them together and then after stuffing them made them into little mouse faces by adding ears, button eyes, felt noses. Each one had its own character. Daniel wanted to make a person so he is working on stitching around a paper doll type shape.
While they stitched they listened to audiotapes Cosmic Confusion. The storylines were along the thoughts of Hearing Gods calling and Obedience. They took a break over lunch time (they all made their own lunches) to watch a video; but straight back to their creations and listening to the audio stories until the girls had to go home.
