Less of Me~More of Him is hosting a Homeschool Open House. I have enjoyed visiting different homeschool famlies – relaxed homeschoolers, Charlotte Mason homeschoolers, Classic homeschoolers, and ones all in-between.
Click here to enter my Homeschool Open House and learn more about our family days.
Here are some other Open House’s I have enjoyed visiting:
It is always great catching up with Joy as her children are similar in ages to mine.
Phyllis shares her homeschooling journey from the perspective of having a sick baby in the house. Though we may not have a sick baby at this time her journey encourages me when I feel things are getting tough.
I love visiting with Jimmie and her family in China. It was great to see all the learning opportunities this family’s situation offers them.
I just loved the way this Mum organizes her five little girls and makes reading aloud to them really happen.
Dawnelle encourages us in her tips, right at the end of her post, to use the Library – I can’t agree more. I particularly liked her blog on blocks of time.
Jacci asks if I have ever wondered how Charlotte Mason really happens in a home with lots of kids – and I have! I got a glimpse by visiting this family today.
Though the Open House is coming to a close – I encourage you to go do some visiting – you will be encouraged in each home, and I am sure you will take something away with you after each visit.

Live life with your kids!
I love your family photo and your description of your homeschool. We will definitely have to visit you one day 🙂 Dh's is about to get a 4WD and then he will want to make some trips!
Have a great (wodnerful, lol!) week, (Don't worry, I do typo's all the time!)

Joy
Thanks for linking to me and your kind comments. 🙂
Your family is lovely! I didn't know you had another blog. It's very attractive, and your HS seems to reflect a love of God. Awesome!
I enjoyed reading your post. I would love to visit Down Under. I have a couple of friends who live in Perth. One I went to highschool with, the other, I met through a writer's group, but have never seen face to face though we have talked on the phone.
Your family is lovely! Have a wonderful year!
