The beauty of living slowly – I’ve printed out this list and added it to my diary – not to add to my ‘to do’ (that would be ironic – a list of things to do to live slowly!! ) I want to have this list close by to remind me to take a deep breath and keep balance in my life. It won’t stay in my diary for long – just enough to get this thinking in my head.

sewing machine cover – I think this would be a great project for my son to make (for any of my children reading my blog – this is a hint!!)
