The last thing we did for 2010 was to be out with friends skiing. Thanks to all the water over the last few weeks the local dams are higher than they’ve been for a long time. The dam we went to had been sitting at 17% (I think) and now is at 86% full.
The last time Pete went skiingwas in Canada over 20 years ago. So he was pleased to give it another shot.

Jess persevered till she managed to stay up for a few seconds
with the skiis being too long for Nomi to manage she had a go at wake-boarding - with some success!
So thank you to our friends who shared their family day with us.
