Heart-focused Action Step
Do you get overwhelmed with all there is to know and grow as a parent? I get that. But growing as person (in the different roles we have in our lives) is a part of being a responsible person. We want that for our kids – we need to do that in our own lives too. This is what the heart-focused action steps are all about – narrowing down a one action that will help you grow in what you believe, value, feel or choose.
Since this week’s episode is a mishmash of topics then it is a good time to pause and think about what is the biggest area of struggle in your life as a mum – or in your child’s life. Either email me and ask for a blog or podcast that addresses that topic – or I can answer any question for you. Happy to help you take one step forward.
